Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please verify your delivery address carefully before placing your order. We are unable to modify the shipping address once an order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@trizelle.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will open an investigation with the carrier and provide a resolution within 7 business days.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it at contact@trizelle.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
